Mint Sauce (Paleo, AIP)

  • 1 c mint leaves, fresh
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp ume plum vinegar
  • ¼ c oil of your choice (my preference is avocado oil)
  • Optional: a tsp or two of water to achieve your desired consistency
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in a mini food processor or a Magic Bullet.
