Shake N' Bake Moroccan Cauli Bites (AIP, Paleo, SCD, Whole30)

  • 1 head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground thyme
  • ½ tsp granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all the spices.
  3. IN a large ziplock or plastic bag, toss the cauliflower with the oil. Add the spice mixture and shake to thoroughly coat all pieces.
  4. Spread out on prepared baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and just tender.
  5. Remove from oven to serving dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
