I also heart desserts that are low in refined sugar, which is why these Blueberry “Cheesecake” Bites are the bomb — a cup of beloved “bluebs” and a few dates are all that is needed to sweeten this totes AIP treat, not to mention the coconut butter renders a creamy texture not unlike cheesecake.     Another great dessert recipe! (My other favorite is your brownie recipe, which I’ve made so many times!) These were really, really good and very creative and different from other AIP sweets. Very easy to make, and they freeze well, too. Thank you!!!
